Despite what the comic title implies, the joke is more to do with how the player, in Bioshock, can trick a ’Big Daddy’ to think you’re a ’Little Sister’ and therefore protect you.

I wondered how the player ’fools’ this powerful, father figure (besides the obvious plasmid skill) and came up with this.
